Approved Digital Adviser Scheme

Approved Digital Adviser Scheme is an accreditation scheme for retail store staff.

Approved Digital Advisers are identified by the logo below.

Digital UK will undertake compliance monitoring (e.g. mystery shopping) in order to check the quality of Digital Advisers.

Approved Digital Adviser Stores

Retailers, who already hold a promotional licence and can guarantee to always have an Approved Digital Advisor available to customers, can apply for an Approved Digital Advisers licence which allows them to use this logo in their promotional material. They are also highlighted in the retailer search facility on digitaluk.co.uk.
